About Our Self Belief Programme
Our Self-Belief Programme is designed for New Zealand schools and aligns with the New Zealand Curriculum (Health and Physical Education). It’s made for upper primary to intermediate students, giving teachers ready-to-use, hands-on activities that help kids understand who they are, notice their strengths, and build real confidence. The lessons support key competencies like managing self and relating to others, and are easy to run alongside your existing wellbeing programmes.
